The Ebmeyer Family

The Ebmeyer Family
Hi. We're the Ebmeyers. We love to swim, swing at the park, go for walks, ride our bikes, play at the beach, read books, dance, and really just be together. The only thing better than this is sharing it with friends. In the words of Jack Johnson, "It's always better when we're together".

Christmas Eve in Apple Valley

Easton and cousin Gavin followed this walking, singing Rudolph all over the house.
Reagan was so enamored with this little glowing nativity that grandma had at her house. She would sit like this and look at it all the time.

Uncle Lap was spinning Easton and Reagan around in this chair. They loved it.
Just hanging out waiting for Santa to come deliver his gifts.
Easton watching the train. When he wasn't watching it he was trying to pick it up and put it in his mouth.
Reagan, Corrin, & Laken spinning on the chair.
All the girlies with aunt Norma.
Brock and the boys
Uncle Brad was handing out all the gifts to the kids.
At preschool Reagan made some magic reindeer food that you sprinkle all over your yard to attract Santa and his reindeer. Here they are out in front of grandma's house making sure Santa knows we want him to stop here!
Reagan picked out some cookies and a carrot for Santa and Rudolph. Grandma gave us a special Santa plate we can use every year for Santa's cookies.
Reagan told grandma that she needds to turn off the fire so that Santa doesn't get burned. Here they are opening the doors and making sure it has cooled off enough for Santa.
For some reason we thought it would be a fun Christmas Eve activity to give cousin Cody a mohawk.
Merry First Christmas Eve EZ!!!

Christmas Church Duds

Our Church Christmas Party

I can't believe it not one single tear this year while sitting on Santa's lap.
Reagan always loves hanging out with the "big" kids at church
EZ just cruised around while Reagan and I did crafts with the primary kids.
I think Reagan iced 4 or 5 cookies. By far, her favorite activity of the Christmas season.
EZ kept reaching up to the table to get some cookies for himself.
When all the cookies finally ran out Reagan moved on to the ornament table.
Finally something she can actually bring home....instead of ending up in her belly.

Going to see the HUGE tree at Fashion Island and the Newport boat parade

EZ and Brin checking each other out

Playing at the fountain at Fashion Island

EZ wants a peak too

Christmas Live Nativity

Around the corner from our house a church puts on a live nativity every year that you can either drive through or walk through. Afterwards we walked the neighborhood and looked at Christmas lights. This year has been really special bc we have been able to talk more about the real spirit of Christmas since Reagan is getting a little older. It's neat to see her ask questions about Jesus and his birth and to be able to have these special moments with her. We went with Steph and the kids. Here are EZ and Brinnley.
